Right of withdrawal
You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to withdraw from your purchase, without giving any reason, in accordance with European consumer protection law.
How to request a return
Write to us at contact@quasifatto.com quoting your order number, and we will send you the instructions for returning the garment.
Condition of the garment
For a return to be accepted, the garment must be unworn, with its tags attached and in its original condition. Please note that our pieces are delivered with the hem unfinished by design: if you have completed the final stitching yourself, or made any other alterations, the garment is no longer in its original condition and the return cannot be accepted.
Refund
Once we have received and inspected the garment, we will refund the amount using the same means of payment you used for your purchase, within a maximum of 14 days.
Return costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the garment is defective or the wrong item was sent through our error.
Defective garments
If you receive a garment with a manufacturing defect, contact us and we will take care of the replacement or the refund under the legal guarantee, at no cost to you.
