What data we collect and why
We process the data you provide when you place an order or subscribe to our news: your name, email address, shipping and billing addresses, and the data required to process your payment. We use them to process and ship your orders, to answer your enquiries and, if you give us your consent, to let you know about new releases.
Legal basis
Performance of the sales contract, your consent (in the case of the newsletter) and compliance with our legal and tax obligations.
Payments
Card payments are processed securely through Stripe. Quasifatto does not store your full card details and has no access to them.
Third parties who process data on our behalf
We work with providers acting as processors: Stripe (payment processing), Mailchimp (newsletter delivery) and our web hosting provider. Each of them processes the data solely in order to provide us with their service.
Retention
We retain your data for as long as the commercial relationship remains in place and, thereafter, for the periods required by tax and commercial law.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability by writing to us at contact@quasifatto.com. If you believe that we have not handled your request properly, you may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
